1. The scorecards for all games will be placed at the relevant courts at the beginning of each competition day. You will therefore not be required to collect the scorecards at the beginning of each day.
2. The Team Manager of the winning team is responsible for returning the scorecard to Administration immediately after the conclusion of each game. Scorecards must be signed by scorers and captains.
3. Games will be two (2) by fifteen (15) minute halves, with four (4) minutes at half time and six (6) minutes at change over.
4. Teams may borrow players from lower grades in their Association, but once a player has played three (3) times above her grade she must remain in the higher grade.
5. Should your Association make any changes to the team nominated, a ‘Replacement Sheet’ must be completed.  These can be sent to Netball Queensland prior to the event or handed in on the first morning of the event before commencement of matches.
6. Netball Queensland reserves the right to regrade teams or alter times should circumstances arise.
7. All nominated players must be registered members of their Association at the time of the competition.
8. All teams must participate in the Opening Ceremony in full uniform and it is preferred that all teams remain for the presentations.
9. The Match Officials consist of the Umpires and Scorers.
10. One (1) scorer must be supplied by each team for each match.
11. The two (2) official Scorers and Umpires are the only personnel permitted between the courts and courtside.  All other personnel and spectators must be in designated areas.
12. The Team Officials consist of the Coach, Manager and Captain.
13. A team official shall list on the scorecard any player who is playing above their designated division.
14. Points will be awarded as follows:
Two (2) points for each win
One (1) point for a draw or tie
Zero (0) points for a loss and a bye

Final Placings

1. There will not be a Final Series played at State Events.
2. Final Placings will be determined by the number of points accumulated at the conclusion of the carnival.
3. If two (2) teams have equal points at the conclusion of the rounds, the order of merit of these teams shall be determined by the results of the match played between them.  In the event that this match was drawn, the order of merit shall be determined by goal percentages of the two (2) teams in matches played against other teams placed in the top four (4).  
4. If more than two (2) teams have equal points at the conclusion of the rounds, the order of merit of these teams shall be determined by goal percentages in the matches played between the tied teams.  Ie. “Goals For” divided by “Goals Against” multiplied by 100.
