Quality Member Program (QMP) - Overview

Netball Queensland has seen tremendous growth and to continue to see development and success within our sport, we have developed the Quality Member Program (QMP) to nurture our Associations and their Members.

We believe the introduction of the Quality Member Program will support and guide our Associations in their operations and improve administration standards. In partnership with Associations, Netball Queensland's Quality Member Program will contribute to the continued growth and development of our sport.

From our current research we know that many of you will already be operating close to our Bronze Level, meaning you will be able to easily attain the accreditation required for this level. Silver and Gold Accreditation Levels require further growth and development internally within your Association. They will require a little more care and attention, but will demonstrate continued improvement in operations and administration to Netball Queensland and other Associations.

We understand that as the Quality Member Program is introduced across the state there will be questions and we welcome your input into this program. Your feedback will ensure we can continue to develop the program into the future.

Quality Member Program Accreditation Levels

Associations will be rewarded for progressing through the program and reaching subsequent Accreditation levels. The Quality Member Program levels are as follows:

	This level is a mandatory yearly submission to provide Netball Queensland with updated details about your Association.
	This level is the first level of Accreditation in the Quality Member Program and ensures that your Association is meeting minimum legal and administrative standards and has processes in place to service and protect members where required.
	This level is the second level of Accreditation in the Quality Member Program and ensures that your Association is maintaining the practices established in Bronze Level. This involves building its operations to support volunteer and member growth, establishing connections within the community and planning for the future.
	This level is the pinnacle level of Accreditation in the Quality Member Program and ensures that your Association is utilising the practices from Bronze and Silver Level to function at a high level of operating standards, be actively involved in the community and have processes in place to develop its Association with particular reference to committee members, officials and athletes in the long term.
