2012 Holden Cruze Cup Regions

Netball Queensland would like to advise the following Regions have been provisionally accepted to the 2012 Holden Cruze Cup on the basis of their application:

Brisbane East

Brisbane North

Brisbane South

Brisbane West

Golden South

Magnetic North

Suncoast

The entry of the above to the Holden Cruze Cup is subject to each Region meeting the set requirements of the Competition.  These requirements are:

• Minimum Advanced Coach
• Ability to field a competitive team in accorance with the Netball Queensland team grading system
• Ability to address all criteria listed in the Regional Business Plan including a statement of intent to deliver on identified key areas of business for improvement
• Ability to fund the team levy set by NQ
• Ability to meet any travel costs associated with players selected outside the Region
• Ability to acquire / service team and competition sponsors

Key dates for Regions to keep in mind are as follows:

30th September Final Regional Coach Appointment

3 October HCC Player Nominations Open

10 October HCC Player Nominations Close

10 October Regional Business Plan and Match Hosting Application Due

11-13 October Player Rating Process

14-23 October Player Appointment Process

25 October HCC Teams to be announced on NQ Website
